I realize this is sooo last week's news, but...The Manchester band The Get Out Clause performed their song in front of 80 of Brittian's 13 million state of the art Closed-circuit television systems. They then requested the footage under the Data Protection Act, edited it and turned it into a music video. The song's just okay, but the idea is great.
I'm looking for a place to live right now, so Google maps have been a really neat tool. I can type in the address and then go for "a stroll" around the neighborhood. The whole thing is totally creepy to me. And I'm hooked on Google Street View Sightings.
